Storyderm is a professional Korean skincare brand expanding into the UK and EU markets. I was brought on as a freelance marketing assistant to support their TikTok Shop growth strategy, focusing on influencer-led user-generated content (UGC) and organic reach.

The campaign goal was to increase brand visibility and generate engagement through creator partnerships, with content repurposed for TikTok Spark Ads and brand awareness.

🧩 Project Scope

  • Creator Sourcing & Management: Identified and pitched 3 micro-influencers (10K–50K followers) within the healthy skincare niche.

  • PR Packaging & Outreach: Coordinated delivery of kits and influencer communication.

  • Creative Briefing: Guided natural-sounding hooks, product highlights, and CTAs for Spark Ads compatibility.

  • Content Repurposing: Assisted with editing for Spark Ads and ad campaigns within TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Performance Tracking: Built and maintained a live tracker (Google Sheets) capturing content deliverables, views, engagement, and CTR data.
